Summer 2019

Girls

 

For in-coming Freshmen AND returning Soccer, Field and Ice Hockey players.  The focus of our summer training will be to have the girls enter tryouts and pre-season with their conditioning peaking.  They will be ready to perform and contribute at a high-level from day one of the regular season.  Game endurance, explosiveness, injury prevention, multi-directional speed, and toughness will dominate our training.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                       

                   

 

Training starts June 17 . . . 10 Weeks of rigorous and cutting edge conditioning for $195.

 

Athletes from incoming Freshmen through college will  have access to early morning, late morning, evening and weekend sessions.  Sessions will include everything the athlete needs- athletic strength, endurance, power, agility, core strength and game speed. Over 30 sessions per week to choose from.

 

As we get closer to the start of pre-season, we will offer specialized Booster sessions designed specifically for the athlete's sport.

Boys/Girls Hockey
Off-Ice Conditioning
Pee Wees/Bantams

At this age, developing the complete athlete in an engaging, diverse and entertaining way is the key to success.  The kids might be working on explosive leg power during a particular exercise, but to them, they're running through an obstacle course . . . or working on grip and pulling strength by navigating monkey bars.  These young athletes will work on strength, speed, endurance, lateral movement, balance, ankle/leg strength and injury prevention in a fun and appropriately competitive way. This style of training will keep the kids in-love with hockey but also, will prepare them to compete in the other sports they enjoy.  Contact us to arrange group training for your team.
